Commencal Premier rear hanger/ drop out

Hi all, I need serious help on this one.

 

I recently bought myself a Commencal Premier 2011 frame, when I thought I had everything, the one thing that was missed is the drop out. Only to later find out that the drop out for the Premier is extremely hard to find!

 

My first question is: Where can I find the drop out for my frame?

And Is it possible if there is another kind of drop out that would fit?
