I would highly recommend Ceres Cycles to anyone anytime!!

 

After my chain was replaced I had some issues with my gears slipping, so being in CPT I took my bike to CWC (always get emails etc from them and thought that they were probably good)

 

I took my bike in as in just a few days it was time for the TransKaroo and my bike had to be ready for this.

They recommended that they replace the cassette, which I then gave the go ahead.

When the time came to collect my bike, something caught my eye.

I saw on the invoice that they charged me for a 9 spd cassette.

I thought that perhaps it was an error, but i quickly check the cassette and my 30 speed Scott was converted into a 27 speed.

 

I immediately took my bike back and asked them to please correct my bike, I waited for a while and the eventually corrected it.

 

After my first ride on the bike the gears was slipping again...

 

Luckily Jaco from Ceres Cycles came to the rescue, he took my bike in the day before the Transkaroo and sorted it out!

Those guys are magic!! and if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have done the Transkaroo at all.
