Best running and cycling light?

I would like to buy a light that is super bright and that I can use on both the bike and when out running ( trail and road).

 

Any suggestions?

I use a LED Lenser headlamp. I do have a small headlight on the handlebars as well. It's great for running, because the battery pack at the back balances the light console at the front.

 

The advantage of the headlamp is light where you look and the LED Lenser's adjustable light (spot vs. Flood) is also great.

Another option is the Aye-up. One of the kits comes with some bike mounts and a headband with attachments. It is quite a nifty little set with several battery options and a choice of spot or flood lights.
