Rave: Linden Cycles

So a few weeks back I broke a spoke on my RS-80 wheels.

I phoned around, Shimano couldn't help. They told me to use my LBS.

My LBS isn't that great, staying in Mpumalanga, but they did tell me they can order a complete kit @R599.

This is understandable, because they won’t really have use in keeping stock of a wheel specific spoke.

With recommendation from a friend, I phoned Linden Cycles. Neville looked into his stock and told me he has none, but he'll come back to me.

He phoned back the next day and told me he has ordered the kit, to keep as stock, and I can buy my separate spokes. The following day he phoned and told me he now has the spokes in stock.

 

Last week my friend picked up the spokes.

I received the spoke + 2 spare this weekend.

Agreed. Each time I have used Linden Cycles it has been good service and good advice.
