XC race in Harrismith

I would like all of you to give some advice?

I want to lay out a XC track for XC race’s in Harrismith would the guys and lady’s be interested in driving to Harrismith and do the race and when in the year? A Saturday or Sunday?

Please make any suggestions to make it a fun day for everyone?

Please give me some feed back?

I certainly would drive the 3 hours from JHB if the course was good, and accommodation was suitable. A Saturday would be best in my opinion
