I bought a polar cs2 a few years ago. The first few years it worked well. Now after 4 years, the strap snapped, the heart rate no longer picks up even with new batteries and the digits on the watch face dim out in the sun. I personally won't buy polar again.

I have my polar for close to 3 years now. I did a change of batteries on the components last week, and had to get 'n new HR strap as the old one was a bit faulty.

Everything is working like new again
