What's your take on the VXi Elements?! He he he. Sorry mate. This is my first pair of five tens and I am not best equippped to give a considered review because I am a rookie. Having said that, I love them - they are so comfortable I am considering sleeping in them! Yes I have them - picked them up in London earlier in the week GBP99.00. I will do my first proper five ten ride tommorrow.

Hardtail has the same Dawn Blue as you and Wessel (with the many Pics of his Pivot) has the Ocean Depth blue with lumo yellow laces.

Brian Fantana Posted November 8, 2013 Posted November 8, 2013 Won't the VXI Element be a bit hot for SA conditions? From what I understand, the shoe is intended for comfort in extreme conditions such as rain/snow/ice/mud. Won't the standard VXI be better suited to our climate?
