Guest JPC Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 How far and how fast are you looking for?ok, I measured last week. Pace of 17 km average. only did 12 kms. 2nd ride since started new medication, so I took it easy.

I have kids and so to arrange the babysitter is an absolute *****Last week went out at about 12 only. A certain person that I rode with couldnt get his ass out of bed.. Drove there with a bucket of ice in anticipation of a rude awakening!
