Question- first time that you tried to use the wheelset in which case it either got lost because on the Mavics that adaptor just pulls off or it was never supplied with the wheel

Nope that is not the right ones... He needs the 12mm Thru-Axle to QR Adapters for Rear - not 15mm to QR for Front. They normally come with the wheelset. If the OP does not come right - we have stock.
