decals removed on carbon wheels how to get rid of black marks

Hi all

 

need some help or advice...

 

Removed my Zipp decals of my wheel and the glue residue is gone as well...no problem...

 

however there is a dark shadow left behind where old decals where anybody know how to remove this so it blends with rest of carbon?

uh isnt that like sunburn? the lighter carbon has been exposed to the sun so is a different color due to the weathering"

same thing happens to car paint as far as i have been told. not sure if i am correct or not. perhaps some experts can comment.
