I bought a new car and needed a towbar for my bike rack, I called and booked appointment for following day at my place - all done in 90 minutes! professional and clean installation later i tried to put my buzzrack onto towbar and it didnt fit.... Called them up and they offered to swap hitch or do what was necessary to get it resolved. I went through to there offices and they had the owner and 3 other people working on it to figure out what the cause was. Turns out it was the buzzrack but they figured it out - they didnt just say it wasnt there problem - they fixed it!
