Some spinning instructors has been using the bike a bit in the class with pushup type things and side to side racing type moves... Gets your arms working a bit...

So, I spend quite a bit of time on my bike and on the spinnung bike, and absolutely no time in the gym. I just don't like going. I have a spinning bike at home so, if I don't go riding, it's just so easy and convenient to get on the spinning bike.

Problem is, my upper body gets no exercise so I'm looking to do something that is quick and effective in getting my upper body into shape.

Like I mentioned in the title, I'm lazy so going to the gym for an hour is not an option.

Should i resort to a couple of push-ups or sit-ups before getting on the bike? I've thought of getting a kettle bell... but then I wouldn't know what to do with it.

So, what is the most effecient upper body exercise that I can do at home without spending gazilions on a home gym or spending an hour with a weight in my hand staring at the roof?

Try the Cyclo-core stuff, theres some good exercises coupled with Bike intervals to get the core sorted.
