Single Speed Build - Please Help

I bought a frame some time ago with the intention of building it into a single speed. The problem is that I've become so bogged down at work among other things that I've yet to do anything on it.

 

The issue I have is that I'd like to ride 94.7 on the bike, so I'm looking for a "one stop shop" where I can take the bike and have them provide the parts and build it up for me, as well as assist with the respray of the frame etc.

 

Any ideas?
