200kg you training for mr. olympia?

Nope, not at all. That is 200kg in various sizes, i.e. few 5kg's, 10kg's, 20kg's and some smaller ones. Makes it very versatile and interchangeable. Deadlift I will use them all.

Good day dubbers,

Cycling is treating me well, but I find it difficult to cycle on a daily basis due to time constraints, getting home late.

I am, or actually was a keen weight trainer before life happened three years ago and I got a baby boy that needs all my attention. Recently I realized I need to do more than cycle to stay in shape and I would like to start by very basic weight lifting exercises at home, like bench press, deadlifts, squats etc... But I need weights to do so. I have done a thorough search on Gumtree, found almost nothing, on OLX there is quite a few, but all in a horrid state.

Where can I search for second hand weights, or who of you want to sell some you don't need?, 200 odd kg's would be enough. I want secondhand ones, as they likely to be the regular size and not Olympic size.

I have a gym full of barbells and stuff I want to sell before I move.

Best I ever did was 6 x 6 at 185kg, well done on 200kg plus

I got to 200kg at my peak, about three years ago. Always had a strong back, poked my knees doing it though, as well as leg press.
