I started recently to train with the powercal. I am using the Joule 2 computer at this stage.

When I download the data from the Joule 2 it seems to ignore the lower (recovery) hr zone. It gives me an average hr but when you check at "time spent in hr zones" it ignores the lower zone and result is it adds the time spent in the lower zone to the endurance zone. There is no way I spent the entire ride above 150bpm. During ride it does show the actual readings.

Any idea where problem lies here?

I have got the same set-up and I download to WKO+, no problems there.

Have you checked the heart rate zones that you have set up on the computer?

Yip! In the setup menu the recovery upper limit zone is set to 149. Strange also is that the poweragent software only give my data in the metric system even though the joule reads it in my prefer units and it is also set on "English" in my poweragent
