Got mugged with a friend whilst cycling in Settler's Park here in PE. Three guys held us at knife-point and wanted everything we had... 1 guy was about 30 and the and the other 2 must be around 20 years old. Went off with 2 mountain bikes and my cellphone. Please tell everyone that cycles or walks in the area. SA is so dangerous people. Crime is out of control. Keep safe people!

 

(Opened up a case of robbery at Humewood Police station.)

  Rowen Loretz Hi Zahra, yes sorry.. I had a white FELT 200 with shocks in front ( worth R3000 ) and my friend had a metallic brown and red Merida with shocks and disc brakes ( worth around R8000) . really sucks! Went there with a detective on Monday and saw another cyclist go through there as well. These guys just jumped in front of us. Lucky we didn't get hurt. Just feel this place is really unsafe. But I suppose so many places are. Best to be in bigger groups
