23mm HED wheels and brake adjustment

So I got the above wheel. I was riding AM'S before, tried fitting the HED and they too broad. Even if I open the calliper with release. What now?

 

If it is adjusted, will I have to go through this every time I change from HED to AM's?

Apparantly thats the only option with the new wider rims esp HED

Yup, sorted. LBS adjusted brake cable in such a way that I can use both wheels.
