My brother in law lives in Rotarua. Are the streets really lined with gold or is he being an arse.

 

Serriously, he goes on and on about how wonderful it is. From the pictures, it looks like a stunning place

 

Having just ridden there for a day, I am contemplating which organs to sell so that I can buy a holiday house there. The trails are unbelievable. Comparing to what I know from Jonkershoek and Tokai, I'd say combine the best of those, and then multiply it by 20. It is insane. So no, he is not being an arse. Sorry :)
