I see a tree has fallen across trail in the second last forrest before going down to old rocky revenge. Some nasty branches along the trail side on some places. Watch those heads etc.

Had another awesome ride there though. Love it!

Thank you too for posting a pic of the route.

Great to give the fellow hubbers insight into this magic little trail

Its not so little anymore. I really think you HAVE to know your stuff to ride all of it. The new red sections have added a new dimension of fitness requirement and technical skill to successfully conquer.

There may not be much climbing on this trail but on multiple occasions I have my Garmin screaming at me about my HR (I in turn scream back at it to shut up).

FUN FUN FUN.

HaHa - so true

My cousin who is a super iron man tri-athlete bonkers nutso superfit guy has never ridden the trail.

I said he really needs to turn his wheels around here at least once. His reply was that when he returns from the Cape, he will come and put in 4 or 5 fast laps. I am still laughing    . Has anyone ever done more than 2 on the trot?

As a fellow triathlete yeah i would say he could do 4 fast laps, that new section is where it will take the most out of him, I tend to find the track on a whole is not too hectic cardio wise but I don't really push too hard. I like to enjoy the track and ride with mates who don't ride very fast.
