Eugene Posted December 8, 2013 Share Measure your inside leg and multiply by 0.65. That is a better (but not perfect) way to measure frame size. Height is not a good approximation. This is more or less the frame size if you get the following result from the formula: 52 Small54 Medium56 Large58 Xtra large60 XXtra large Also, some brands differ from other in terms of sizing.
