I commute from Milnerton to Rondebosch Mon, Wed & Fridays. I leave milnerton at 7.30am to arrive in Rondebosch at 8.10 leaving at 5.30pm back to Milnerton in the evenings. I can be flexible with my time if need be. I would prefer to ride with a partner, safety in numbers.
