Could the Hubbers give me some guidance on this topic pls?

Recovery ride's heart beats per minute for me is about 60 - 65%  of max. Is this to low?

Or do you take your average HB per minute over the trip and use that as an indicator. Obviously the course will be a factor, but I do a flat stretch of about 33 k's

What would be a good distance or time to do as a recovery ride?

I train about 9 - 11 hrs per week. (Give spinning classes and do some  road time)

I normally rest two day a week but I heard it's better to do a recovery ride on some of these daysQuestion
