Track bike sizes

Very keen to try my hand at track cycling. What advice on frame sizes? Ride a 56cm road bike. Any other advice?

Give Greg Albert a call at Cyclesphere, Morningside. He does track cycling and I'm sure he will be glad to assist you. My track bike and road bikes are the same size just have a shorter stem and narrower handle bars on the track bike.
