• Nelspruit- Lydenburg road recent attacks on road cyclist becoming order of the day.
  

Loads of illegal emmigrants in surrounding bush areas.

• Nelspruit Hall's properties, be aware Mtb riders attacks on the increase. Criminals hiding in the sugar cane then attacks riders as they go past.
  
• Avoid these roads and areas as not to become part of the growing number off victims of violence.
  
• If attacked, leave bike and run if safe to do so, easier replacing bike than your life.
  
• Join local club rides and be aware of surroundings as you train.
  
• Take pepper spray with if live is threatened and try and buy the gell type less chance of getting on yourself if wind blows your direction.
