There are many ZMA products on the market. USN, Muscle Science, Evox, Muscletech, Cadence Nutrition  - Testosterone Support, and many more....

 

I have used them I cant put my finger on it, but I do feel a difference.

 

Is it safe? Well it is just Zinc and Magnesium some have added Vit B and one or two other things.
