Momsen AL329 vs Silverback slade 3

My girlfriend is looking for a small bike. She's found 2 bikes. One is a silverback slade 3 (650B) or a Momsen AL329 (29"). The momsen is a better bike, a bit more pricey, but not sure if she should be riding a 29" with a small frame?

How many bike shops stock Momsen vs Silverback. Nothing wrong with Momsen, I just believe Silverback = Better value for money. (Possibly a personal preference)
