RAVE: Guys Bicycle Shop

After walking into countless bike shops over the last year and a bit that I've been using a bike to commute to work I been feeling very disillusioned by all of them in terms of service. There are a couple that have tried and I would go back, but I can safely say that I have never had such excellent service as I received from Guy.

 

He sorted out more than I initially wanted looked at, he did it all with a smile while chatting. Really made me feel at home so to speak. He was very accommodating with me riding there on my bike and I waited there while he worked on it.

 

It's really refreshing to have such awesome service from someone. Guy's doesn't have the flash of other bike shops, but do I care about flash .. no ... not with service like that

Bought a wheel from the shop assistant .... nice people to deal with.

I went back to get parts for my fixie…..

I spent more time chatting about single speeds than what it took to purchase the parts I required…… lol

For those of you who have dealt with Guy, you will know that he is probably one of the most genuine dudes in the world and he is always willing to offer a helping hand to anyone in need.

 

Unfortunately Guy's bike was stolen from Kenilworth last night, please see this stolen bike post and keep an eye out for it. He would be seriously stoked if anyone could provide any info on its whereabouts! He is offering a full service to the person that manages to get the bike back.
