Stage 4 looks like this:

120km Stage.  It is a circuit race again with a very nasty climb in the route......This is going to hurt after a couple of times up that climb!!

News from down under is that bad luck is with Yolandi all the way. She punctured and manage to get back to the bunch just to puncture again with 20 km to go which just was to much to chase back again.

I think it is the same Sharon Laws. She lived in Pretoria for a couple of years and rode with the Fritz Pienaar Cycles team at one stage. If I'm not mistaken, she started cycling while in SA. I think she worked for the British Consulate.
