Hendrik vd Walt Posted April 15, 2014 Posted April 15, 2014 Hi Guys I need some advice on upgrading my MTB tandem front shock - currently have a Suntour on and it is really @@#$%!!!!!! We are doing moRe and more technical riding/races so current shock is a bit inadequite!! Any advice, issues to consider without breaking the bank!!!
droo Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 PM David Marshall - he may have some old Marzocchi stock lying around. See if he's got a 55, it would be ideal for a tandem. A Suntour on a tandem would scare the bejaysus out of me. I've snapped a fork on a tandem before, and it wasn't pretty.
peter Jannings Posted April 24, 2014 Posted April 24, 2014 I have a Ventana 29er, with a White Brothers triple clamp on front. Got it in the USA from MTB Tandems. Look them up on the net, the guy to talk to is Alex Nutt. He is a great guy and is always willing to assist.
