Guest EdEdEd Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 (edited) Soft braces (the ones you buy at dischem) dosn't DO anything per se, but for non-serious injuries it is advised. All it does is that it "reminds" you of your neck injury so that you dont look to the left suddenly when there is a sound and worsen the injury... Guest EdEdEd Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 The proper hard braces (made and fitted by an Orthotist) is usually used in serious injuries and is prescribed by an Orthopod/Spinal surgeon... In these cases it is often extremely important...
