a sticky with ratings on races and trails

Is there a way for us to create a sticky thread with ratings of Races and of Trails.

 

We can rate them on how well organised, well marked, how technical, how much climbing etc?

I know in the start we might need to create a post per race and let people rate it in each cat and take the averages?

 

What you guys think?

 

Then we have a section with already rated so if im doing the x race or riding y trail I can see how technical, how well marked, terrain, amount of ascent etc
