Routes inside the CSIR Pretoria grounds

I recently noticed some mountain biker riding around inside the CSIR Pretoria grounds. That started me wondering if there are any MTB routes / trails inside the grounds or are they following the same loop as the road cyclists.

 

Is anybody out there that can shead some light on the matter?

There aren't any formal mtbike routes in the CSIR but there is a Jeep track around the back going up to the tower which makes for good hill repeats.
