Stan's on 2014 Specialized Epic

I run Stan's ZTR Gold's on my 2013 Epic, which also has a 142+ rear hub. They require a spacer to increase the width slightly which you can get with the wheels. Mine have worked perfectly, have been riding them for about a year.

It will work fine. The 142mm spacing is the same.

A normal 142mm hub uses the same flange spacing as a 135mm hub with the 7mm being added to the part outside the flanges.

The 142+ makes use of the opportunity to make the actual flanges wider. So a 142+ might not fit on any frame but a 142 will fit on a 142+ frame.
