I am looking for 130mm rear hub for an On One frame.

Can I just get for example a hope hub (135mm) and machine the spacers or doesn't it work like that?

Mezzo did you get those ztr wheels today? The add came up, you pumped the guy and before I knew it the add was gone

My On One frame is 130mm, I don't want to pry it open to fit the 135mm hubs, I'd rather make a plan some other way

Don't just force a135m hub in there and hope that all's well. The bike won't like it. Two things can happen: the ale can break from bending to accommodate the now non-parallel drop-outs or, the frame can crank at the stressed area.

You have options:

1) Respace and redish a standard 135mm hub. Shorten the axle too if you are using QR.

2) Cold set the frame to 135mm. I assume it is steel, which makes it easy. Cold setting is a fancy word for bending. Customers don't like to see "Bend Frame" on the invoice. After it has been cold set, use a frame alignment tool to ensure that the drop-outs are made parallel again.

Yes i did. I'm not sure then is it standard size of the OnOne frames. I had a set of DT Swiss hubs on my previous wheels no issues. Now running superstar hubs no issuss. I'll try the Hope hubs and see.
