Scott Scale 940 Frame weight only

Has anyone ever weighed the frame of a Scott Scale 940 (alu)? I have an opportunity to get hold of a Giant XTC2 frame (also alu) and I'm a big Giant fan so I'm seriously considering the deal - just curious to see if I will end up with a slightly lighter bike than I have now....Giant frame weighs in at just under 1.4kg. I'm guessing they should be quite similar, but my last 26er XTC2 which I loved was seriously light compared to the other 26ers of the era and my alu ONCE TCR roadbike was only 300g heavier than the TCR Advanced Frame I replaced it with....
