Replacement cable guide on road bike

Just noticed that the cable guide on he bottom bracket on my road bike has been worn through on the RD side. It's a Spez Allez

 

Any ideas on whether these are readily available?

Not sure if the Specialized is frame specific but you should be able to get from a bike shop.

Yip, LBS (big thanks to CWC in Greenpoint) for letting me have one mahala!! Needed a bit of surgery to fit as this was too thick for the allen bolt to hold it, but all good. Have ordered another 'just for in cases'
