specific BB code not working

For Pinkbike all you need to do is post the video page URL, e.g.

@Stretch - you'd used the embed version which wasn't detected correctly before - now it will be.

I am still battling with instagram videos. I tried to embed this one //instagram.com/p/sh6q3OMkf4/

 

and all i get is a big empty block? what am i doing wrong

 

the way I am doing is just pasting that link with the http: as i would a youtube video
