Sunward Park training bunches

Hi all fellow hubbers!

 

Summer is on its way - I hope!!

 

I have recently moved to Sunward Park - Boksburg and looking for a decent sized training bunch to ride with. (Road 27-30km avg)

 

Please advise

BP on North Rand road in the mornings they start 4:30am and they ride faster than that most of then days

Slight correction, they meet at the BP at 4:45. Tuesdays and Thursdays are quick, Wednesdays and Fridays are a bit shorter and a tad less quick...

Definitely not on a Tuesday or Thursday, some guys will take the MTBs out on a Wednesday and Friday if they're feeling brave.

I know my reply is a bit late, but hey why not.  Fitshack cycle club have a few rides a wees and starts at the McDs in Northrand road in Boksburg.  They are very beginner friendly, but they have faster groups though.  They also have beginners courses twice a year (I think) which helped a lot in getting started and building confidence.
