Weather was fantastic. Route was never difficult, but very scenic. Day 1 I rode with my wife and kept her company and assisted with a little push here and there.Day 2 I was allowed to go and race at the front. We took a nice 4km detour yesterday morning which included 2 biggish climbs. Thanks to the farmer who stopped the bunch and told us we had missed an arrow. Who knows where we would have ended up otherwise!

Everyone was in good spirits and made the best of the Greyton trails.

Excellent Table Mountain Bikers turnout, lots of jerseys in the field. Same for the DNA Project. They also had a big group riding the Tour.

Had an awesome tour. Day one was a bit congested on the single track with every obstacle seemingly becoming a porting section, but day two was a lot of fun, climbed like a dassie on tik on the first section and then put the hammer down on the last part.

And then obviously the kuier afterwards made it a must do for 2015 ;)

Yip, great weather. Some pics of day 2.

I miss those views, I lived in Riviersonderend about 15 years ago, and rode all over the Greyton, Genadendal, Riviersonderend and Napier areas. There were some seriosly steep 4x4 roads up into the Sonderend mountain that I used to ride. Killer up, but so much fun down.
