Not sure if there is a page on this. But I was wondering what is the correct way to park a MTB

What I usually do is wash, blow dry the bike then park it in my Garage. I was told to place all the gears to the lowest gear ( rear detailer to the lowest cog, same with the front one ) this is to place no strain on the cables.

Then I was told that it should be on the middle one on the rear.

Whats the true way of storing the bike.

I was also told to hang it front wheel down so that the oil from the front suspension can keep the rings lubed.

What if I spray the rubbers with Q 20, is that bad or not?

Don't spray Q20 on your fork seals. The rest of the advice is good though.

The reason for leaving the cables slack is to take the load off the derailleur springs - it won't do anything for or against the cables. Not even sure how much difference it'll make to the life of the springs, but it can't hurt.
