I ordered a waterproof smartphone case from overboard a year or so ago. I use it ALL the time, but the earphone jack recently stopped working on one side, which was a real bummer for my commute/training.

 

Sent them an email sunday night, explaining that the pouch is still fully waterproof but the earphone jack is busted, and asked if it was perhaps under a warranty.

 

The next morning i got a phone call and an email with a waybill number from the courier, they are sending me a new one.

 

Outstanding after sales service from these guys! I can really recommend them and their products.
