Managed to get a 3:31 on MTB Full-sus. Hard day to keep up with the downhill but awesome route. Will definitely be back next year to improve on MTB and Road race! Lucky to have such awesome trails in SA.

Wearing a helmet is the LAW and all that siht!!! I know I always ride with my helmet except after washing my bike and testing it but . . . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07o-TASvIxY I now work in Haute-Normandie in France. You will see people without helmets everywhere on organised cycling group rides! For the winter its just siht to wear a beanie under your helmet. So not that big deal. . .
