Best knee surgeon in Durban?

I tore my ACL and meniscus when I was 16 years old. I've since had three operations on that knee, all done by Dr Marais in Cape Town. My knee was never back to normal, far from it, but I could do most things. Now, 10 years later, I think I've injured it again. I've since moved to Durban and have no idea about the local knee specialists and who is the best.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've asked my mom... she had a full knee replacement 2 years ago and lives in durban.

My second op involved drilling holes extremely close to the holes from the first op and making it strong enough that the bone held the screws- he did it in 2000 and the knee is still strong, survived one more season of rugby, comrades, a number of marathons and a few spills on the bike. He really is a genius - also brilliant with shoulders. He had started riding as well the last time I saw him (shoulder).
