So my XT groupo that I ordered from CRC in August via priority mail that has not arrived as a result of the SAPO strike is being resent at no additional cost via DHL.

 

Contacted CRC last week and got the following mail this morning:

 

Thanks for your patience.

 

I have received an email from our Parcel Force account manger advising that your order is likely caught up in the strike action. Your order will likely still arrive so please contact us if it does.

In the meantime we can process a claim for loss and send you a replacement with DHL Express.

 

Please complete the attached forms and confirm your full delivery address so we can send a replacement order.

 

I hope to hear from you soon.

I got a similar problem.

 

Order from CRC : split into 2.

 

DHL one arrived; Parcel force one still in Limbo at post office ...

 

Does anyone know if I can go directly to the airport to clear it myself and collect it ? Is there a number to call ?

You can try 011-9616000

 

Good luck though. Tried them yesterday and after 20 mins of voice messaging got cut off.

 

Thinking of going there myself as am awaiting another parcel from Belgium.
