Maybe in 20 years time in the 60-64 category... Although given that some of those 60yo could probably ride a sub3 94.7 twice back-to-back it might still be a stretch!I

I'd like to try a 70.3 next year - maybe Midlands Ultra in March, and then if I can find a good coach(!) maybe IMSA in 2016.....

Word to the wise, don't get the Mrs to coach you.  No disrespect to her abilities but that way demons lie.  Not good for Matrimonial bliss.

Speaking of which: check in the KONA results for South African Tim Briscoe!! He came 3rd in his age group, missing the first place by 7 minutes! His marathon time was a cool 3:41. all of this after coming first in his age group at world champs duathlon this same year!

let's bow to that

Tim is a machine

If I am not mistaken he has a gold at comrades

A strong ballie - whips our butts on a regular basis

The good news is than in 20 years he will still be four categories away from me.

Respect.
