Anyone else experiencing difficulty reaching this office? 

 

The email address doesn't seem to work and neither of the phone lines listed get answered. 

 

I'm trying to work out the withdrawal/cancellation policy. Is it like Ironman events? Or can I sell my entry on?

I think they do allow selling it on and also allow you to take a rain check for the next event kind of thing...they were far more accommodating that Iron man last I read the policy
