So, I treat myself to a Sram Red 22 group. This stuff works excelent and is really an improvement over my 10sp Force setup. EVerything works out great except for the wheels and Cassettes.

For my training wheels, that use Novatec hubs, it was easy finding a freebody that can take an 11spd Cassette. Cost me about R350 and I got an Ultegra Cassette for training from CWC for cheap, but now I have to get my racing wheels going.

For my Zipps I only have one choise really, I'll have to buy a new 11spd feebody, that will set me back up to R1500, unless I can find one secondhand from someone that converted their wheels to take Campag.

I also have a set of Eurus wheels that I use as a second set of racing wheels. My choises with this is to either get a chorus cassette (R2000 new, so looking for a good secondhand one, but will still cost me atleast R1000) or buy a new 11spd shimano freebody for the wheel, that will also cost between R1000-R1500, but then I can swop all my shimano compatible hubs between all my wheels (Ultegra & Sram Red)

So what would you guys look at doing?

Use your Campag cassette on your SRAM!! Best thing I ever did (albeit by mistake).....my SRAM cassette was loud, jumpy and never seated properly. I just put on my other wheels with a campag cassette on it and it worked better than the SRAM ever did!! Try it!!

True, it does seem like the best option for the Eurus wheelset, just finding a good 2nd had cassette is like hens teeth. Wish I kept one when I sold my Chorus groupset 4 years ago.
