I ride Tuesday to Sundays - MTB, unless I have a really bad day and want to punish myself, then dust off skinny wheels. Some days in morning, others late afternoon - depends on season, who's riding, weekday/end... Duration - weekdays - between 2:00 and 3:00, Saturdays 4:00 / 5:00 and Sundays 2/3:00ish.
