I am considering one of the bikes mentioned...

Not sure which to get, I am coming from a Anthem Advanced 27,5.

( have had a trance, epic, camber )

How is the Pyga as a XC bike ? ( long rides )

I am also thinking of a Stumpjumper ...

Which would be the best all round, Trail - XC machine ?

It's better than you'd expect it to be. Yes, it's not as light as a full-on carbon marathon machine, but it's not a slug by any means. Its still relatively steep HA gives it more than enough nimbleness without tiring you out on long XC slogs. I rode one or two 60km rides on mine (which I'm sure you noticed is for sale :)) and was really pleasantly surprised by how well it behaved bearing in mind its trail bias.

I know of quite a few people who stage race 110s because they're so forgiving and fun to ride. Even though it's not the out-and-out heaviest hitter for any one specific purpose I've owned (out of *many* bikes I've had over the years), I reckon it's one of the most comfortably capable all-round bikes money can buy. No hyperbole intended.

Have done Argus to Epic and a few other rides inbetween on my 110.
