Is it possible to change the 32 to less teeth , eg 30 , to run as 55/44/30 .The reason is i am running 12/36 cassette on back , but it is extremely heavy . Would like to change to 11/30 or 32 that would be much lighter .

Would like to change to 11/30 or 32 that would be much lighter . Depending on the BCD (Hole pattern/sizing) of the crank, I'm sure you could find a 30T to fit.
